1. The house/listing provides an amenity of one standard sized car garage (large trucks won’t fit). You can park your additional vehicles on driveway or utilize the off-street parking. Anything that occurs outside of the house though i.e. car breaks in or theft, is the responsibility of the renter and non-refundable. Please make sure you don't leave key/wallet, or other valuables inside. If you park off street, please don't block the stop sign, otherwise your car will be towed. It's guests' responsibility if the car is towed and it's non-refundable 2. We take detailed walk through videos before each check in. If there is any cleaning issue guests must bring it up on check in date and we will compare it to our video and address the issue accordingly 3. There will be a $250 fine if you smoke or use incense in the house or the garage 4. The hottub is shared among all six properties. We drain and refill it constantly to make sure it’s clean for the next guests use. It’s also first come first serve. We can’t guarantee the availability 24/7 and it’s non refundable if guest don’t get to use it. Please respect other guests and don’t leave any trash or used towels in the shared backyard. Additional charges may occur if I need to send cleaner to clear up the trash you left in the shared backyard. 5. Decorations are encouraged to make your day special. However, no glue or tape of any sort is permitted on the drywall areas of the home. If you wouldn’t put it on your wall, please don't put it on ours🤗There will be a minimum of $100 fine for each wall damaged. Please take off all the decorations on your check out day. 6. If guests are bringing pets must add the number of pets besides number of guests when making the reservation. We charge $150 pet fee. If guests don't disclose before check in and we find out there are pets after guests check in we will charge $200 pet fee. All pets must be leashed in the shared backyard for the safety of other guests. These types of dogs are not allowed: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and Neapolitan Mastiffs. Pets can never be left in the unit alone outside of pet crates. You must provide your own pet crate and use it any time you depart the house without your pet. Your pet is an on the floor animal only. Your pet will never be on furniture, in or on beds. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges. 7. Please remember to pack all your belongings when checking out. We don't provide mailing service if you left things behind. We can connect you directly to our cleaners and if they have time to help, they charge $20 to compensate their time to drive to post office and you need to reimburse shipping cost as well. We have lots of same day turn overs and have different maintenance people in and out between reservations. We are not responsible for any lost items. 8. If you need anything delivered to your unit, please make sure you schedule delivery after your arrival as they usually just drop off packages at the garage door. We don't have any service of bring packages inside for guests and we won't be responsible for any missing deliveries. 9. The city ordinance law maintains quiet time hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. You can still enjoy the backyard and hot tub after midnight but since the spa and amenities are shared so, please respect the rest of the guests and don’t make excessive noise. 10. Guests are responsible for putting back the hottub cover when done using it. There will be a $10/hr fine if you don’t put the cover back from the moment you are done using it. 11. We have outdoor security camera installed on the garage to record driveway area and inside the shared backyard to record shared backyard area

We welcome your pups but require a $150 pet fee. We just ask that you try to keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges. Pets must be leashed in the shared backyard for the safety of other guests.
