Other Details to Note

1.The courtyard is shared between the 6 units in the complex and first come first serve. This means all amenities there are shared as well! this includes: -Hot Tub -BBQ Grills -Yard Games -Outdoor furniture Charcoal for the grills is not provided. 2. We have one outdoor security camera installed on the garage to capture driveway and one outdoor security camera installed by the front door that captures shared backyard 3. Like most of the 3-4br newly built townhomes in Nashville. There are three levels in the house with 15-20 stairs between each level. There is one bedroom on first floor and no bathroom on the first floor 4. Pet fee is $150 for single listing and $250 for duo listing. You must add number of pets when you make the reservation. We ask that you leash your pets at all times at shared backyard for the safety of other guests. . These types of dogs are not allowed: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and Neapolitan Mastiffs. 4. Our check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. We charge $50 for early check in and $50 for late check out. Early check in time need to be agreed upon and money request need to be accepted at least 12 hours ahead of check in time to schedule cleaning accordingly. 5. We charge $450 cleaning fee since the cleaning company needs to clean two units. If there is anything not to your satisfaction, you have to let us know on check in day. If we can send cleaner back within 12hr, cleaning fee is not refundable 6. The house/listing provides an amenity of a three standard sized cars garage (large trucks won’t fit). You can park your additional vehicles on driveway or utilize the off street parking. Anything that occurs outside of the houses though i.e. car breaks in or theft, is the responsibility of the renter and non refundable. Please make sure you don't leave key/wallet, or other valuables inside your cars. If you park off street, please don't block the stop sign in front of 542 Weakley Ave, otherwise your car will be towed. It's guests' responsibility if the car is towed and it's non-refundable

House rules

1. The house/listing provides an amenity of a three standard sized cars only garage (large trucks won’t fit). You can park your additional vehicles on driveway or utilize the off street parking. Anything that occurs outside of the houses though i.e. car breaks in or theft, is the responsibility of the renter and non refundable. Please make sure you lock your vehicles and don't leave key/wallet, or other valuables inside. If you park off street, please don't block the stop sign otherwise your car will be towed. It's guests' responsibility if the car is towed and it's non-refundable 2. Our cleaners are excellent at cleaning, but no one is perfect. If there is anything not to your standard, based on Airbnb policy, hosts have the opportunity to make it right. Please let us know on your check in day. If we are able to send cleaners within 12hrs we won't refund any cleaning fee. If guests refuse to have the cleaners coming back to clean we assume guests are satisfied with the clean and any complains are non-refundable. Any complains after check in day is non-refundable either 3. There will be a $250 fine if you smoke or use incense in the house or the garage 4. The hottub is shared among all six properties. We drain and refill it constantly to make sure it’s clean for the next guests use. It’s also first come first serve. We can’t guarantee the availability 24/7 and it’s non refundable if guest don’t get to use it just for one day 5. Guests can decorate the unit but can't damage the wall. If we need to spend money to fix the wall, guests need to pay for it 6. If guests are bringing pets must add the number of pets besides number of guests when making the reservation. We charge $250 pet fee. All pets must be leashed in the shared backyard for the safety of other guests. These types of dogs are not allowed: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and Neapolitan Mastiffs. 7. Please remember to pack all your belongings when checking out. If you need us to mail something to you our cleaner charges $20 to compensate their time to drive to post office and you need to reimburse shipping cost as well

We welcome your pups but require a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you try to keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges. Pets must be leashed in the shared backyard for the safety of other guests.

We booked two condos for our Bachelor / Bachelorette visit to Nashville. Both condos were perfect for our very large group. All of the beds were super comfortable, furniture was updated, and kitchen was filled with all of the supplies we needed for the week. We also loved the proximity to Broadway - not too far and not too close. We had one small issue but the owners responded immediately and resolved the issue. All 14 of us would recommend this property.

The property is conveniently positioned for easy access to major roads and public transport, making it simple to explore Nashville’s iconic landmarks and attractions. Enjoy the convenience of garage and driveway parking, ideal for those traveling with vehicles. Downtown is 10min uber ride and airport is 15min. There is a also a shuttle van company called "Nash Vegas Rides" charges each person $5 to anywhere in Nashville if you have a large group.
